Shop policies

Postage within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail first class. Orders over £50 will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Postage outside of the UK will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked.

I will aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours.

I am based in UK, shipping overseas may incur duty charges and VAT which differs from country to country. Delivery charges are based on the parcel weight. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility.

The buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping outside the United Kingdom. Rebekah Johnston is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All domestic shipments are insured, however the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with shipping carrier.
